Get registered today to join our virtual 5k Walk.Run.Row.Cycle!  You can participate anywhere and with any group size from September 24 -30. We will track all registrants once registration has been received. After your 5k you can take a picture of your watch or applicable program and send to [email protected]. Winners will be announced through social media and our website. All participants will be mailed a 5K medal.

Please send us your WHY. WHY you are choosing to run, walk, row or cycle, your location, and a photo. Are you celebrating a milestone or walking for a loved one? We’ll be sharing your WHY to our site and social media.

To ensure you receive your shirt prior to race week, please sign up by midnight on September 12th. 

Event Registration

There are two participation options: $40 Participants receive a medal only and $50 participants receive a medal and a T-shirt.
